Echinacea is widely used as an immune booster. Take Echinacea as an infusion for colds, chills and flu. The infusion can also be gargled for sore throats, tonsilitis and mouth ulcers.
Take 1 cup three times a day for medicinal use.
Add 1 - 2 teaspoons to small teapot or bleach free tea filter, add boiling water and allow to steep for 3 - 6 minutes.
